Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read the following policy very carefully and if you logged into our account or have already placed your then it will be deemed that you have agreed to our all terms and conditions and are ready to comply with it. Following can vary in future and our sites will notify the same until all the rules and regulation have to be followed as it is.


Our company JOHN AND FRANKIE PHARMA has a Refund Policy.
The Return Process should be start within 7 days from the date of delivery., Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of order and incase of return orders will be done after receiving the product. If the process is initiated after the stipulated time then no queries will be entertained..

Following situations have to be met for successful and efficient Return of the Product.
•           Item which at the time of Purchasing have mentioned that the item sold will be not Returned, is not liable to be exchanged or return at any cost (Unless if the product received is damaged).
•           The Item that is to be returned has to be in mint stage and must be returned as it is.
•           Used Products will not be exchanged or liable to be returned.
•           Products of Third Party will be returned only if the vendor agrees to do so and our company will take no responsibility of their decision.
•           Item need to returned with original packaging and original bill.
•           All the tags and labels that are there on the time of shipment should be intact.

In this Technological World, everything is fast forward and we are committed to provide best and fast service to our Customers within stipulated time but at the same we are monitoring any fraudulent activities related to any suspicious activity. To provide safe and secure shopping experience to our customers we are committed to safeguard them from any type of online fraud committed by hackers and thus if we observe that any order placed involves fraudulent activity or any account holder which shows unusual logging patterns then we have the authority to cancel his or her order at our discretion. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 12 hours of placing the order if the order is not shipped. You cannot cancel any orders after shipping.

We are liable to cancel any order if we found that:-
•           Order involves Fraudulent Transactions.
•           The address where the shipment is to be made is not relevant.
•           Inaccuracy of product pricing or stock unavailability.

Note: Company is not liable to compensate it's consumer in any way and the aggrieved party can only get their products exchange or returned if they comply with all terms and conditions of our company.
