Handmade Fall Cornucopia Apple Applique Quilt Throw Blanket Harvest Floral 55x60 Great condition. No holes or tears; appliqué and quilting stitches appear secure. Most likely from the 1980s Handmade quilted throw blanket wall hanging featuring an autumn harvest cornucopia scene with pumpkins, grapes, apples and fall leaves on a cream background. It is reversible. Center panel showcases an appliqued cornucopia overflowing with fruit, framed by multiple pieced borders in green leaf print, floral vines and tiny berry prints. Outer border includes appliqued apples and fruit along curving brown branches, with multicolor floral and leaf-print bands adding detail and texture. Reversible use backing fabric is an allover small-scale fruit and floral print in coordinating colors, and binding is a dark green leaf print for a finished edge. Material appears to be cotton or a cotton blend quilting fabric with light batting, ideal as a seasonal throw, wall hanging, or decorative bed topper.
